This original clincher rims and tires have been removed and outfitted with a more modern drop center 21" aluminum drop center rim. In my opinion this is must needed upgrade if you plan on putting any miles on this type of motorcycle The Avon Speedmaster tires are brand new with in the last month and have zero miles on them. This also has been outfitted with a front drum brake (Appears to be Honda)

Mechanical Condition:
One of the best 1915 Harley Davidson J Models that i have personally ridden, this bike really goes down the road, very straight, and very tight (doesn't feel janky and loose like most old antique motorcycles) very strong motor, very little miles have been put on this since a freshened up motor that was completed after the Cross Country Motorcycle Cannonball that it competed in back in 2012. This 1915 is also equipped with a 1916 Harley Davidson Transmission, which works 10 times better and is more reliable than the one year only 1915 transmission. The DLX Carb has been recently rebuilt with a new Nitrile Float. One of the coolest thing is the original owner installed a socket adapter on the crank pin, so if you don't feel like kicking this machine you can simply grab your impact wrench and start it like a race bike

Additional Descriptions of Motorcycle:
This 1915 Harley Davidson Model 11F was originally built to compete in the inaugural Motorcycle Cannonball in 2010. Lots of details and customizations were made to make this a true endurance competitor. Some upgrades that were performed were adding a front brake, saddle bags, addition of a LED Light inside the Acetelying light, LED Taillight, Upgraded wheels and tires, Upgraded Carburetor, Upgraded Transmission, Leather Seat, Impact wrench Start, Magneto has great spark, If you were wondering yes this 1915 did make every single mile in the 2010 Motorcycle Cannonball that was a total of 3294 Miles that went from Kitty Hawk, NC to Santa Monica, CA. There was only 10 people out of 65 people that made all of the miles, this should attest to how well this is put together. I have no doubt that this would easily make it across the country again in another Motorcycle Cannonball

Also competed in the 2013 Pewter Classic Endurance Run and Kickstart Classic

Signed helmet of 2010 Motorcycle Cannonball Riders and Staff
